Officer Michael Conrad will walk through the tactics scammers actually use — phone and text scams, phishing emails, doorstep scams, and payment app fraud — and give you practical, easy-to-remember ways to protect yourself and your family. You'll also learn what to do if you or a loved one has already been targeted, including who to call and how to report it.
